Orders are considered confirmed only after advance payment and written approval.
Manufacturing begins immediately after order confirmation.
Due to the customized nature of commercial kitchen equipment:
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests made after production has started will not be accepted.
Any advance payment made is non-refundable.
Refunds are generally not applicable for customized or made-to-order products.
However, refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
If MS Kitchen Equipments is unable to manufacture or deliver the product
If the order is cancelled by the company due to unavoidable circumstances
If a written refund agreement exists between both parties
In such cases, the refund amount (if approved) will be processed after necessary deductions towards material cost, labor, or administrative charges.
Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, repair or replacement may be provided at the company’s discretion. Refunds will not be issued for minor cosmetic variations or usage-related issues.
Replacement will be considered only for manufacturing defects.
Damage caused during transportation by third-party logistics must be reported immediately.
Replacement timelines depend on product type and availability.
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Customized and made-to-order equipment
Installation and service charges
Transportation and logistics charges
Advance payments
Electrical components after installation
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
MS Kitchen Equipments reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
